Highways Act 1980 s38 and s278 Agreements
We carry out infrastructure design and design checks for compliance with Local Design Standards and National Standards as set out in the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges associated with highway improvement works under Section 278 of the Highways Act 1980.
We also carry out infrastructure design and design checks for adoption Agreements under Section 38 of the Highways Act 1980.
Our ability to help create an improved sense of place, whilst minimising cost, has produced some innovative scheme designs, however our designs always comply with the principles of Manual for Streets and Manual for Streets 2.
